Before the Oscars, GARY BUSEY accosted RYAN SEACREST, JENNIFER GARNER and LAURA LINNEY on the red carpet. After the Oscars, he berated an 11-year-old girl. (!!!)
--Seriously. The girl was a reporter for some website, and she tried to get an interview with Gary at an after-party. Gary was pretty harsh with her . . . and after giving her such a hard time, he even refused to give a shout-out to her website.
