Mom Hoses Kid Down at Car Wash

You may have seen this story about the women in Orlando that hosed her kid down at the car wash. After watching, it doesn't look to me like she was hitting her with the high pressure water you get when you pull the handle back. If she had the little kid would have been knocked on her butt. Still not cool to do to a little kid, but not as bad as you may have heard or could have been.
